Yes - both are available as 3rd party apps you can add to Teams.
1) Click on Apps in the bottom left corner of the Teams web or desktop client
2) on the App screen, type in the name of the app you want to add, click on the icon and follow instructions.
Note that many external apps like Zoom or Webex require a seperate account or login.
